What you get
Six things a brand has always wanted from its distributors, from the distributors' own books.
Sales → Secondary sales
Every linked distributor's invoices to retailers, by product, outlet and territory: their own books, not a monthly upload. Drill from zone to outlet, within each user's territory.
Supply → Channel stock
Distributor stock and days of cover for your products, by SKU, batch and MRP, so stock-outs and overstock show up before they cost a sale.
Trade → Schemes · Price lists
Publish price lists and schemes to the distributors they apply to. They arrive locked in the distributor's billing, with a budget per distributor that the engine enforces.
Claims → Claims inbox
Scheme claims are built from the invoices that earned them. Approve, partially approve or reject with a reason code, under a maker-checker trail, and settle through your ERP.
Supply → Distributor orders
Days-of-cover norms per distributor and product turn real secondary into a suggested order. Review it in your queue, send it to your ERP, and see the invoice come back as the distributor's receipt.
Sales → Outlet coverage · Field visits
Which outlets buy your products, new and lost outlets, lines per outlet, and salesman visits wherever the distributor switches them on.
Also: your product catalogue published to every distributor, circulars with read receipts, data health per link, your depot stock shared with distributors, and Excel exports of any table.
A month inside Brand OS

Trade marketing drafts it. Finance approves with a fresh emailed code, because nobody approves what they made. By 09:14 it is in the billing of every distributor it applies to.
Why distributors say yes
The distributor gets a full billing, stock, GST and collections system for every brand it carries. You get its books for your products only. That is why the link gets accepted, and why the data stays honest.
What you see
What you never see
They choose what to share, never more than you asked, and confirm it with a one-time code
Turning an option off deletes your copy of that data at once; ending the link deletes the rest after 30 days
They see exactly what you see, through the same view, and a log of who at your brand opened their line-level data
A distributor not yet on Distiqo AI joins from your invitation; we move their data across and run two weeks in parallel
Enterprise controls
Brand OS is built for a brand with regions, managers and an auditor, not for a single login shared around the office.
Ten brand roles, from admin to read-only. A regional manager sees their region and nothing else; approvals route by position, and a vacant seat escalates to the one above it.
Price lists, schemes, claims and credit holds need a second person and, by default, a fresh emailed code. No one approves what they made, edited or submitted. Thresholds are yours to set.
Every approval, every change, and every time someone at your brand opened a distributor's line-level data, exportable.
Primary orders and settlement advice go out; invoices, credit notes and dispatch status come back. Signed requests, webhooks with retries and replay, and control totals for your IT team.
Encrypted, backed up daily, hosted in India and built for the DPDP Act. Your data exports with you; a distributor's data is deleted when a link ends.
Trusted-device periods, roles that always need a code, a server-side idle timeout, and sessions your admin can end everywhere.

How we set you up
A paid pilot with a handful of distributors in one or two regions comes first, measured against what you have today. The rest of the network follows in waves, each with hypercare.
Our team builds it with you from your GSTIN: territories, roles, your catalogue and price lists. Your owner gets a sign-in by email.
By GSTIN, from Network → Distributors. A distributor already on Distiqo AI gets your invitation in their inbox; one that isn't gets an invitation to join.
The distributor's owner reads the network terms, ticks what to share, never more than you asked, and confirms with a code. Products are matched by barcode.
Bills, returns and stock arrive within minutes from the distributor's own billing, the last 12 months included, and are checked against their books every night.

One agreement for your brand, sized on your distributor network and your team. We start with a paid pilot in one or two regions, credited against the first year when you go ahead.

Everything above sits on one agreement. The number is the one we sign together.
They run Distribution OS: billing, stock, GST, collections and a salesman app, for every brand they carry. Distributors already on it accept your link; the others join from your invitation, and we move their masters, opening balances and stock across from Tally, Marg, BUSY or Zoho, with two weeks in parallel before cut-over.
No. Your ERP stays the system of record for your invoices and credit notes. Primary orders go to it and its invoices and credit notes come back, by signed API or Excel.
Minutes. Every bill and stock movement at the distributor is sent as it happens, and a freshness indicator in the console shows each distributor's lag. Overnight, the figures are reconciled against the distributor's own books.
Schemes run inside the distributor's billing, so each bill records what the scheme gave. The claim is drafted from those same bills, and every line is matched against what you received before finance reviews it. Each scheme declares upfront whether it settles by GST credit note or financial credit note.
Price lists, schemes, claims and credit holds need a second person and, by default, a fresh emailed code. No one approves what they made, edited or submitted, and thresholds are yours to set.
A full system for their whole business, free to them under your programme: billing, stock, GST, collections and a salesman app. Your invoices arrive as ready-to-receive stock, your schemes apply themselves at their counter, and claims settle in days instead of months.
Everything that is not yours. You only ever see lines for products mapped to your brand: never the other brands they carry, their purchase prices, their margins or their retailers' balances. They choose which options to share and can end the link at any time.
The pilot is a matter of weeks: a handful of distributors in one or two regions, measured against what you have today. The rest of the network follows in waves with hypercare. We never go live in the pre-Diwali sell-in.
By contract, sized on your distributor network and team, with a paid pilot credited against the first year. There is no sign-up and no card: tell us about your distribution and we will call you.
