Who this policy covers

This policy describes how Shivaura Enterprises (operating as “Distiqo AI,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website (distiqoai.com) and the private beta waitlist.[Registered address / CIN — to be added]Distiqo AI's product is currently in private beta. Once the platform is generally available, a separate policy will cover data processed within the product itself (business records, orders, retailer data, and similar); this page will be updated to reflect that when it happens.

Information we collect

When you join the private beta waitlist, we collect:

• Your name and firm/business name
• Email address
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• City
• Your role and current business system (e.g. Tally, an existing DMS, spreadsheets)
• The distribution category you selected
• A record of your consent — the exact wording shown to you, when you agreed, and which contact channels you agreed to

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this site (see our Cookie Policy), so we do not collect browsing behavior, device fingerprints, or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to contact you about private beta access, respond to your enquiry, and understand who is interested in Distiqo AI so we can prioritize onboarding. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored and who processes it

Waitlist submissions are stored in Firebase (a Google Cloud service). Email notifications about your submission are sent via our email provider. These are the only third-party processors currently involved in handling waitlist data.

WhatsApp

Distiqo AI's product integrates with the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta) for order-taking once the platform is live. This website and the waitlist form do not send or receive WhatsApp messages — we only ask for a WhatsApp number so we can reach you about beta access.

Data retention

We retain waitlist information for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your interest in the private beta, or until you ask us to delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Details of the security practices behind the platform itself are described on our Security page.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time by writing to info@distiqoai.com. You can also opt out of further contact at any time by replying to any email or message from us.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as our data practices change — particularly once the product itself is live and processes business data beyond the waitlist. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
