These terms govern your use of distiqoai.com and the Distiqo AI private beta waitlist, operated by Shivaura Enterprises (“Distiqo AI,” “we,” “us”). Distiqo AI's product is currently in private beta and is not generally available. Separate product terms will apply once the platform is live for customers; these terms do not cover use of the product itself.
Using this site
You may browse this site and submit the waitlist form to request private beta access. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or abusive information through the waitlist form.
Content and intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, design, and the Distiqo AI name and logo — belongs to Shivaura Enterprises or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.
No warranty during private beta
This site and the waitlist are provided as-is. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the private beta or any particular timeline, and we may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shivaura Enterprises is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms as the site and the waitlist evolve. We'll reflect any material change here with an updated date.
